Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Batyr and tap the profile icon at the top of Today.
2. Tap your account → Delete account.
3. Confirm, and sign in with Apple or Google once more to prove it’s you.

Deletion starts right away and takes a few seconds. Your phone is cleared too, and Batyr starts fresh.

Never signed in?

Batyr keeps a private backup even without sign-in. Profile → Delete workout data deletes it — your training, check-ins and their photos, and the plans you shared with their links, and your gyms unless you keep them — from our server and from your phone. Deleting the app then removes what’s left on the phone.

Without the app

Email us from any address. Tell us the email of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, or the ID from Profile (“Synced as …”). We check the request, delete the account within 30 days — usually within 2 business days — and reply when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your training on our server: workouts, sets, plans, gyms, your own exercises, records and progress.
• Progress check-ins and their photos.
• Plans you shared, with their links, codes and labels; the links stop opening.
• Friends and coach access, invites, blocks (yours and other people’s of you), Respect, coach changes and notes, and your name.
• Reports other people made about you.
• Notification tokens and choices.
• The account itself in Firebase Authentication, with the email and name from Apple or Google; Apple’s sign-in authorization is revoked, and so is Google’s access.

One account with WellBite

Batyr shares its account system with WellBite, a nutrition app by the same developer. If you use WellBite with the same account, deleting the account deletes your WellBite data too — the app warns you before you confirm.

What is kept

• The account’s random ID, marked as closed, with no other data — so a phone still signed in to it can’t upload data back.
• Reports you made about others, without your account.
• Copies other people made: a plan someone already started from your link stays theirs, without your name.
• Crash reports for up to 90 days and usage analytics for up to 14 months, in Firebase.
• Sign-in security logs in Firebase Authentication for a few weeks.
• Emails you sent us, as long as needed to answer them.
