Progressive overload
Every set has a target — and a reason
Batyr reads your last workouts and sets the weight and reps for each set, with the reason next to it. When every set lands, the next workout goes up. That’s progressive overload, worked out for you.
- New exercise? A few sets find your working weight.
- Warm-up sets and plates per side, worked out.
- Not today? Change any target in a tap.
Fast logging
Log a set in two taps
One big keypad for weight, reps or time — no tiny fields. The rest timer starts on its own and tells you when to go again.
- Plates per side for your bar, in kg or lb — even mixed in one gym.
- Supersets, drop sets, AMRAP and timed holds.
- Every gym keeps its own bars, plates and machine settings.

Train together
Share a plan. It fits whoever opens it.
Send a plan by link, code or QR code. The other person starts it with weights from their own history — not yours.
-
A link, a code or a QR code
Anyone with the link sees the plan’s days and exercises — your weights only if you choose to send them. Change the plan and send the update to everyone who follows it.
-
Your coach sets the weights
Give a coach access and they see your workouts and records, change your weights and edit your plan. Each change comes to you, and you can undo it.
-
A plan made for one person
A coach can send a personal link with starting weights for every exercise. It opens once, for the person it was made for.
-
Friends, on your terms
Friends see your training days and only what you turn on for them: workouts and records, notes, body weight, progress photos. Take it back any time.
Progress
Watch every lift grow
An estimated max and records for every exercise, with charts. Hard sets per muscle each week, and a history calendar colored by muscle group.
229 exercises
Technique for every exercise
Each exercise has step-by-step technique, common mistakes and alternatives for when the machine is taken. Machines come with setup notes. Add your own exercises too.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I need an account?
No. Batyr works from the first launch, and your training is backed up privately so a reinstall brings it back. Sign in with Apple or Google only when you want friends, a coach, plan sharing or your other devices.
How does Batyr choose my weights?
From the sets you log. When you hit every rep your plan asks for, the next workout adds weight — the step depends on the exercise and the plan. On a new exercise, a few sets find your working weight. You can change any target.
What do friends or my coach see?
Nothing until you invite them. Then they see your training days, plus only what you turn on for that person: workouts and records, notes, body weight, progress photos. A coach can also edit your plan, and you can undo each change.
Can I bring my history from another app?
Yes — Batyr imports the CSV export of Strong and Hevy. The file is read on your phone.
Is Batyr on Android?
Not yet. Batyr comes to iPhone first; Android follows later.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Profile → Delete workout data, or Profile → Account → Delete account. No longer have the app? Email us — see Delete your account.
